Real People Great Radio Vol 3 is presented by AshevilleFM in collaboration with LamplightAVL, both 501c(3) non-profits based in Asheville, NC, USA.

All direct vinyl proceeds benefit AshevilleFM, 103.3, WSFM-LP, in its ongoing mission to support diverse sounds and open dialogues between musicians, artists, activists, locals, and folks who rely on radio for both well-curated entertainment and fiercely local information.

For this compilation we are proud to partner with our friends and neighbors at LamplightAVL, an interdisciplinary artists' residence space, to raise matching funds for the sale of the first 125 LPs to assist their Art Recovers, Art Remains, Art Thrives grant initiative. Recover, Remain, and Thrive will offer grants of up to $20,000 for artists, studios, and creative hubs, affected by Hurricane Helene. So in purchasing this record, not only are you supporting rad community radio, you are also literally helping put money back into the creative community in the greater WNC region after an extreme weather event changed all our lives.
